Residential Customer Registration

With My Sprint Account Manager you have the ability to access your account information anytime. My Sprint Account Manager is for Sprint Long Distance customers only.

To register, complete the following form and click Accept. All fields are required in order to successfully register.

Enter your 9 digit Customer Number found on the first page of your Sprint bill.

Enter your 10 digit phone number OR your FONCard number with PIN.

Enter your first name, last name, and e-mail address.

Create your Login ID or User Name.

  *User Name must be all lowercase and 7 - 15 letters and/or numbers (e.g. "rockstar1"). It may not contain uppercase letters, spaces, underscores or special characters.
* Select a Call Date and Preferred Call back time and a Care representative will call the Billing Telephone Phone number on this account to provide a temporary password. When you return, log in with the Login ID and temporary password you will be prompted to create your permanent account password.
